1. Seller and acceptance
Feline Gourmet is operated by Shuairen Wei, an individual creator operating under the laws of China. By purchasing or using the guide, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.
2. Product and delivery
Feline Gourmet sells original digital recipe guides about aesthetic, occasional cat treats and meals. The product is not a complete diet, medical nutrition plan, or veterinary advice. After confirmed payment, a link to access the guide is provided through the checkout or delivery message. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate purchase information. Keep delivery links and purchase information secure and contact us if you believe access has been misused.
4. One-time payment and taxes
The listed price is a one-time purchase price of USD 14.99 unless the checkout states otherwise. Payment is processed by Waffo Pancake. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout.
5. Personal use and prohibited sharing
The purchased guide is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, share the access link, copy the guide for commercial use, or claim the guide as your own work.
6. Term, suspension, and termination
These Terms remain effective while you access or use the website or product. We may suspend or terminate access to the guide if you materially breach these Terms, share or redistribute the guide without permission, engage in fraud or chargeback abuse, or if required by law. After a refund is issued, access to the guide and future updates ends. If we terminate access for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will provide an appropriate remedy or refund where required by applicable law.
7. Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed the guide or downloaded any guide materials. After a refund is issued, access to the guide ends. For delivery or access problems, contact us before disputing a payment. Refund requests should include the purchase email and transaction ID.
8. Content and safety disclaimer
Recipes are intended for occasional treats and enrichment only. Cats have different health needs and may have allergies or medical conditions. Always check ingredients and consult a veterinarian when appropriate. Stop feeding a recipe if your cat shows an adverse reaction.
9. Intellectual property
All original text, layout, images, branding, and recipe-guide materials are owned by or licensed to Feline Gourmet. No rights are transferred except the limited personal-use license described above.
10. Changes and contact
